Cancellation Policy

 

ShortStayCraze allows hosts to choose among three standardized cancellation policies (Fair, Strict, Super Strict) 

We suggest that guest view each property cancellation policy before reserving.

 

 

 

  

 

 

  • Moderate - Full Refund up to 14 days before arrival, except fees
  • ShortStayCraze service fee is non-refundable.
  • If there is a complaint from either party, notice must be given to ShortStayCraze within 24 hours of check-in.
  • ShortStayCraze will mediate when necessary
  • A reservation is officially canceled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page.
  • Cancellation policies may be superseded by the Guest Refund Policy, safety cancellations, or extenuating circumstances.
  • Applicable taxes will be retained and remitted.

 

 

  • Fair - 50% refund up until 7 days prior to arrival, except fees
  • ShortStayCraze service fee is non-refundable.
